Technical feasibility analysis
Feasible, manufacturable and profitable.
How much will it cost to produce this product?
How much does a mould cost?
Is my concept technically feasible with the right materials?
How can I convince investors or customers?

Developing an idea without a clear understanding of the cost price, production technique or manufacturability? This often leads to a waste of time, budget and energy. At Artori, we take a different approach: we start with a feasibility analysis that quickly provides clarity about the technical and economic feasibility of your concept.
Instead of investing immediately in a complete design, we start by analysing the right technology and materials based on your functional requirements and context. Only then do we create a rudimentary 3D drawing.
Based on that drawing, we can estimate the product price and the mould investment. This gives you a quick insight into the financial feasibility of your idea, without major costs or risks.
The story doesn’t end there if it turns out not to be profitable within your market. It may mean that certain requirements need to be adjusted or that other technical choices are necessary. That insight is valuable as well — it allows you to continue working on a feasible and profitable product in a targeted manner.
What you will get from us
- Analysis of usage context, volumes & requirements
Based on your input, we determine which technology and materials are most suitable.
(Please note: we do not conduct market research, only technical analysis.) - Concept generation
We formulate the most promising solution within the technical limits. - Rudimentary 3D drawing.
A realistic, feasible basic concept that can be used to estimate costs. - Report with cost estimate
You will receive an estimate of the product’s cost price and the mould investment, including advice on next steps. - (Optional) Visualisations or prototypes
For those who want to convince investors or customers, we can also provide renders or prototypes.
What are
the benefits?
- You avoid large investments in non-manufacturable concepts.
- You know where you stand before the real work begins.
- You manage the further design in a technically realistic manner from the outset.
- You gain credibility with investors or internal decision-makers.
Veelgestelde
vragen.
- What is the difference between a feasibility analysis and a complete design process?
A feasibility analysis is a short, exploratory phase in which we assess whether your idea is technically and economically feasible. We create a rudimentary 3D model and provide a cost estimate. In a full process, we continue with design and detailed engineering until the design is ready for production.
- How detailed is the 3D drawing I receive?
The 3D drawings clarify how the product works and are detailed enough to request quotations for the product and mould, but the design is not yet ready for production.
- Can I use this analysis to convince investors or customers?
Certainly. With the 3D drawing and estimate, you can present your concept in a concrete way. If you wish, we can also offer renders or prototypes.
